Return Policy

No replacement/refund will be given once the balloons are handed over in good condition.

We are not responsible for any damages or deformations made to the arrangement/decoration after delivery or self pick-up or pick-up via a third-party logistics partner. We advise not to take certain actions. Please read the balloon care instructions here.
In the rare event that we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a complete refund.

Cancellation Policy
If balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is cancelled 2 days before the delivery/pick-up date, then, BeyondBalloons will retain 30% of the total price and will refund the remaining 70%.
If balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is cancelled within 1 day or less before the delivery/pick up date, then, BeyondBalloons will retain 100% of the total price.
To be eligible for a full refund, the balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration must be cancelled at a point where the delivery/pick-up date must be at least 3 days out.
Our products are highly customised and unfortunately, it is very difficult to accept returns or refunds.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If you reschedule your delivery/pick-up 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up time there is no rescheduling fee. If you reschedule your delivery/pick-up within less than 48 hours notice, then you will be charged an extra fee. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Final balance will be due before the rescheduled delivery/pick-up time.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Pick-up
If you arrive 60 minutes late or more than the allotted pick-up time, we shall not be responsible for any damages and/or claims (owing to limited space in our studio & it stands in the way of other scheduled deliveries)

General
Balloons begin to slowly reduce in size with passing time. They will also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish.
Always have your balloons delivered as close to your event/celebration as possible. Kindly ensure someone responsible is available to receive the balloons at your stated delivery date/time.
Once we have delivered the balloons to your location, we will be unable to take
responsibility for them as they are out of our supervision. We reserve the right to propose a different delivery time-slot and you shall be notified if we are unable to
commit on the selected time-slot.
