Do you have a store? Can I visit?
Although we have a studio located in Mumbai, visitors are not allowed. We accept online orders only (via Website/WhatsApp)
How long in advance should I book?
The earlier the better!
We need a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for fulfilling orders.
How long do the balloons last?
Different balloons last for different durations based on the materials they are made of;
Float time for regular-size latex balloons is typically about 6-12 hours Bubble balloons float for approximately 24-30 hours. Stuffed bubble balloons & bubble balloons with tassels float lesser due to extra weight.
Foil balloons float for a minimum of 24 hours and have a record of 2 weeks!
All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery as balloons will deflate over time.
Please note that temperature variations and handling may affect the float time of balloons.
(There is no guarantee on float time due to the fragile nature of balloons)
Does the arrangement require any installation?
No, all our arrangements arrive fully inflated at your doorstep. They are prepared in a ready-to-place manner. No installation is needed.
Can I just get some loose helium balloons?

What are your delivery charges?
The delivery fee varies from ₹200 to ₹1200 based on the distance of your location from our studio & also the delivery mode you choose. Why is delivery chargeable?
Because behind delivery, there is a logistics process where we coordinate your order to arrive on time & in the best condition.
Also, it is moved in a car that consumes FUEL, by a person who takes TIME. Both of which, need to be paid with money.
(Please bear in mind: Delivery is a service offered to the customer for their convenience. We don’t profit off it)
Inflated balloon arrangements occupy a lot of space & due to to their fragile nature, they need to be transported in an enclosed vehicle as opposed to a normal courier service, which costs more.
Can I use wefast for balloon delivery?
Using WeFast is not advisable from our experience as the delivery agents use a two-wheeler for transportation & they are not well trained to carry out the delivery.
However, if you still insist, we can do so.
No responsibility will be taken for the same.
Are the balloons delivered in a box?
No, they are delivered in open. Balloon arrangements occupy a lot of space (almost the size of a minivan) Hence, it is not viable to fabricate a custom box for each order- both practically & financially.
What if the balloons are damaged in transit?
Worry not! If you opt for Doorstep Delivery, our delivery personnel always carries spare balloons in case of a mishap. It is completely our responsibility until it is handed over to you in good condition.
In the case of Uber delivery/Self Pick-Up, we cannot take responsibility once the balloons are out of our supervision.

Depending on the nature of customisation, we do offer the choice to our customers. We have an array of options that one can choose from. We do not usually personalise the boxes unless the order is placed in bulk; however, our clients can choose from our wide range of in-house collection that includes a variety of colours, shapes, and sizes. Little water can go a long way: Although your flowers contain oasis, which keeps the flowers hydrated, sprinkling water on the flowers the next day ensures longevity of your blooms. The Sun can’t resist us but as they say too much of everything is bad: Keep the box away from direct sunlight and other forms of heat, as with excessive warmth they wilt a lot faster. Cool temperatures are bloom-friendly: The endurance of your flowers is dependent on the weather; hence, it’s best to keep them in an air-conditioned surrounding. It is after-all a Box of Love: With a bit of care and attention, your little box of love is bound to last longer
