Delivery Policy

We at BeyondBalloons aim to provide a seamless & hassle free service to all our customers. We take complete responsibility of the balloon arrangement until it is handed over to you in a good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages or deformations made to the arrangement/decoration after delivery or self pick-up or pick-up via third party logistics partner or when self transporting the arrangement/decoration from one place to another.

We are not responsible for any damages caused to the arrangement/decoration if left inside the car or in an enclosed area where the environment and temperature can cause damages. We advise not to take these actions.
We are not responsible for any damages caused to the arrangement/decoration if placed directly under the sun as it can cause damages. Avoid placing balloons in front or under an air conditioner/air conditioner vent as the air particles will compress and can lead the balloons to deflate.

Please provide the correct information and details when placing your order (colors, number, message, name, etc.). If the wrong information is provided and you wish to make changes, BeyondBalloons will charge an additional fee. Please make sure to provide the correct and complete address. If the wrong address is provided, BeyondBalloons will charge an additional fee.

For pick-up orders, please contact us directly. Keep in mind that the products are large, delicate, and need a suitable vehicle to transport them.

For Uber/Ola or any such third party delivery service, we are not responsible for the condition in which the arrangement/decoration arrives.
